As a nurse professional you will encounter this topic. Therefore, what is your medical or spiritual position? Can you express that position in a professional matter?

The abortion is the process of ending or terminate the pregnancy . This termination is meditaed by the use of medicines or by the surgery by removing the embroy or fetus from the utreus.

There are many pros and cons of this process known as abortion.So, here is the speech on the pros or cons of abortion.

Abortion is an emotion word for the entire women community as sometime it will take everything alnong with emotions.

For every woman , the decision to have a baby is only of her as she taken care of her and her baby as if she will decide to have. Sometime the unplanned pregnanacies are those which should be terminated and the reason of these unplanned ones are might be anything , it is may be beacuse of un consensual sex , either rape or sometimes the result of  incest in very young age in which the the age is just 12 to 15 in which not even their body not their emotions not even their mental level even think about it to rise a child . So , abortion in such cases should be preferred and terminate the pregnancy . Raise a child who don't have a person in father figure is such a troll for the unplanned pregnancy in rape cases , and even why should a woman carry that pregnancy that is the result of that terror and fear and humilation , so abortion can be helpful in such cases .  The woman body sometimes are the reason itself for the abortion , like in any situation , nobody can decide wheather she want to have a baby or not , its totally her decision beacuse she will taken care of her body along with baby . So , the abortion in such cases are benifical emotionally , mentally and physically too .

For the many supporting points there are always the counter points that shows the limitations of something . Abortion is performed in any case , either in emergancy or any medical requirement . It will always have a point that a baby inside the utreus is a living thing that have life and the termination of that life will lead to many issues emotional , medical and many physical consequences woman have too suffer . The mental illness , depression and other mental disorder , woman won't be able to handle all these issues in the burden of ending someone's life that was the part of her own body . There are some physical that has to be suffered by woman like  infection of uterus, blood loss, and sometime the fallopian tube get infected in this process  fallopian .There are many long term complications that a woman undergoes the issues like infertility , urinary tract infection etc and in some severe cases it will lead to death .

The pros and cons of abortions are cocluded below:

PROS-

1. mostly times it involves the low medical risk.
2. alternative to pregnancy and parenting .
3. it is a good option in case the baby are diagnosed with severe health disorder.
4. option for those women who is facing the life threatning condition in their life.

CONS-

1. have minor health risks and side effects .
2. phycological compliactions .
3. it is costly and difficult to access.
4. sometime goes against religious belief.

In such cases , being a nurse i have to play my role in  spiritually in abortion cases . In these cases , women need medial treatment as well as some support to hand in that situaton. There are the great impact of spirituality in health care .  Yes , I can express that position in a professional matter by doing my job along with the moral and spiritual support to that woman to console her to relief her ,by spending time with them and  holding their hands and talk to them about those things which are important in their life to them . This works as a therpy to avoid the emotional and phycological compliactions at the maximum levels, and make the patient comfortable by doing my job and use the concept of spirituality and support in that situation .
