All these prescribed medicines should be taken in appropriate doses.From his vitals recorded we can understand that he has bradycardia so also propanalol should be ordered with care and appropriateness as this drug already have an effect on decreasing the heart rate.

For this patient even though he is diabetic his blood sugar values are not provided..so also it would be better to prescribe the insulin dose after altleast a random blood sugar check up.Insulin lispro will start it's action within half hour and lasts for five hours.
