Ans is as below - let me take example , assume that. parents comes to you with a child suffering from some mental 7llness like autism etc. You should do the following

1. You should know thoroughly about mental illness and problems related to it, because after understanding the disease you will be able to help them.
2. Talk to your family member about their concerns, and encourage them to seek support from doctor telling them that all problems has cure.
3. Advise them to get support from their family.
4. To take care of themselves so that theycan take care of their child
5. To keep themselves positive and motivated
6. Make parents about understand about the disease and treatment plan as well as best outcomes possible .
