Make a SOAP note using the information below.

Arnold has arrived for his appointment and has informed you upon check in that some of his information has changed, including his health insurance. Arnold is well known in the clinic as a good guy who has had some very bad luck lately. He had been a healthy man until he was involved in an auto accident last year. Shortly after that he lost his job, and he has been having minor illnesses in the last few months that he says he "just can't shake". He has been paying for his health insurance from his savings, but two days ago his insurance became inactive because he didn't have the money to pay the premium. He does not have insurance right now as he is looking for something he can afford on his server's pay. As he talks to you about everything that has happened since he was at the clinic last time, you update his record.
