Answer #1

Express authority - express authority means an agent is given authority by the contract to work on the behalf of any company or institution for whom they work.

Implied authority- implied authority in simple terms mean an individual carrying authority because it's his duty to do this. He is meant for this. If he is recieving the payment for anything then it is so because he is given authority to do so and he is doing this out of his duty.

Corporate authority gives right to companies to operate in an area, enter into transaction and give authority to the individuals to work on the behaf of the company.

Hope this helps. All the Best ?
