Rectum is attached to the colon and end to the abuse, this is 6 inch structure. Any mutation in that region cause cancer of rectum. It is one the major reason for death in United States .the exact cause for rectal cancer is not known but some results factors are there that include

:diet

:smoking

:alcoholism

:hereditary or positive family history.

:aging

The comorbid condition associated with rectal cancer include

:most Comorbid condition is diabetes mellitus.

:hypertension

:inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis

:polyp in the rectum

:cardiovascular diseases like coronary artery disease ,thromboembolism ,cardiac dyrrhythmias and heart failure.
