I would like to do a research on covid epidemiology by trying to identify the actual number of infected people by covid in a particular area and establish a ratio between number of people infected and diagnosed and number of missed cases. It will help in studying the pattern of transmission of the disease, real infection fatality rate and herd immunity threshold for the disease.

I would need a set up to check the antibody level in group of people and necessary equipments to conduct the experiment.

I would include random participants from all age group, sex and socioeconomic background to determine the prevalence of disease in different section of the society.
