In very simple language goal may he defined as any physical , professional,spiritual milestone that a person wants to achieve.goal is an idea of future or in other words it is any thing that a person wants to achieve.

Eastablishing goal is important part of getting wellness because life is a process and a person has to adapt to the life and drag himself or herself according to that. Setting goals give long terms vision and inspire individual to complete that vision and set his /her strategies according to that.it gives a person a reason to live that is a part of wellness .a person can achieve everything that he or she wants by splitting his main aim into small goals and achieving them in toto we can say that goals and there priority can help any individual live a healthy and quality life.
