This usually mean that the germs cannot be killed and they will continue to grow out in numbers . Infections that usually are caused by that of the antibiotic-resistant germs are very much difficult, as well as is sometimes impossible, to treat.

It is important to determine which antibiotic they are resistant to and in infection management it will be helpful. These microbes can thus he treated with antibiotics that they have not developed resistance to . This will help to cure the disease quickly and in a better manner and avoid complications
