In the next semester I will try to apply more coordination and understanding on my part and implement the same in a group work so that the project timeline is followed as well as the quality of the work is taken care of in order to produce good results for the project.

My revised approach would be to take the lead and segregate the task from the start of the project in order to not be confused about the responsibility and we assign task to a person so that at the end we can get the project completed in desired time while knowing who was responsible for a particular task and maintain the accountability as well as helping the team member who like behind for better quality and cooperation.

My conflict management strategy works on the principle of understanding and resolving the conflict without having any argument or feelings of wrongdoing. Masterji to avoid and manage conflict professionally would be to talk to the person responsible for the conflict and helping them to understand my side as well as asking them more likely to explain your help you understand their side and working on a solution so that both the parties are comfortable in that approach as well as the task is getting generated with proper quality and care for the patients. mutual respect and cooperation are key to conflict management and that can be implemented for the nursing practice. The values and ideals of nursing can be maintained by explaining the co-workers the importance of them as well as helping them understand the quality of care and morality that it brings in the work and requesting the cooperation and mutually helping them to integrate the same without any conflict and resolving the issues wherever possible politely and kindly.
