The managed care is the most important factor in the cost, access and quality of health services. Management is required in all the field and it is very obvious when the someone's life is on stake the management is most important. When you have managed health care system the cost to treat the patient will decrease drastically as the steps are well planned and require no extra money.

Accessibility is also dependent on how the care is managed care. If the managed care is good in a hospital then patients are treated well and comparatively faster and access to the other patients increases.

The quality is the main reason behind the managed care. If every aspects of the health is managed properly then the quality output will be the best.
