If it is true then give a teaching regarding this problem and told solve this problem and accept his mother. If they not accepting then take the necessary step and sent patient to a safe place.

B. There is abuse towards patient. This is psychological abuse and neglect. Psychologically patient face stress and her son neglect her in all aspect.
