Answer #1

Answer.

HIPPA privacy rules provide the health information of the patient. The pateint have the right to control their health information that is they can see their information any time and even can change it according to their wish. The ability to decide with whom the information can be shared.

The disadvantages of this HIPPA is that even if the patient knew that the health provider is violating the patient right, the patient have no right to sue the organization or company in the court.

If the patient can able to change the health information base on patient's wish then the data collected may be manipulated by the patient and it may be the wrong data or the real or truth data may not be present anymore.
