S.M. is a 68-year-old man who is being seen at your clinic for
routine health maintenance and health promotion. He reports that he
has been feeling well and has no specific complaints, except for
some trouble “emptying my bladder.” Vital signs (VS) at this visit
are 148/88, 82, 16, 96.9° F (36.1° C). He had a CBC and complete
metabolic panel (CMP) completed 1 week before his visit, and the

S.M.'s room to teach him about this medication.

1. I would tell S.M that his vitals are normal,S.M.'s sodium,pottasium,chloride bicarbonate,BUN,creatinine,glucose,RBC,WBC, Hgb-Hct,platelets,and urinalysis all came back within normal ranges for his age and demographic.however,the prostate specific antigen (PSA) is low ,which indicates testerone levels may be low.
8. Tell them to flomax take the first dose at bedtime to minimize the chance of getting dizzy or fainting.after the first dose take your regularly scheduled dose minutes after the sane meal each day.
