As well know that the epidemiologic research has grown over the past half century into a wide range .but in other hand the presence of cofounders and an unclear pathway make it challenging. due to inappropriate planning and also improper sample selection leads to various systematic errors in the epidemological studies .confounding actually describes a association that is true but it is potentially misleading .

similarly a very clear casual pathway is essential to the obtaining of proper output .But in case of unclear casual pathway it makes the epidemology challengable
