The recommended dosage = 4.5 mg/kg/dose

Patients weight = 65 Kg

There for,

  Total dose required = 4.5mg * 65 = 292.5 mg/dose

Medication supplied/ available = 150 mg/2 mL

That means = 75mg/ mL

Total volume required = total dose required / dose available

Total volume required = 292.5/ 75

=  3.9mL

Question : How many milliliters will be administered for each dose?
