The nurse need to mange the situation very carefully. She needs to check twice before informing to the family members about death.

* The nurse should observe family situation before sharing information , because some members cannot accept the situation and they may go to depression and other problems may araise.

* Nurse need to select the family member who can handle the situation and reveal the information.

* She should provide information with great sadness and she should explain how it happened.

* Nurse should not say directly he died , she should inform the patient condition and slowly convey death information.

* Nurse should show conern ,and if they need she should provide support to the family members.
