Every individual have different view of perception, assumptions, beliefss. Sometimes this creates miscommunication and lead to many problems.

That may be :-

* Superior , inferior differentiation , inferiors should do what superiors say, this also Produce tension for inferiors.

*Different type of patients are present in hospitals , their beliefs ,cultures. This also create problems.

Examples :- some people believe tablets are useless , only God can save them and they won't take medicines.

* Way of perception also different from person to person this wrong perception create many problems.

* improper communication and if any language problem present it produce more tensions.

Health care team always provide care with co-operative and collaborative manner.
