Inability to make appropriate decision related to family size beyond what family resource can adequately provide as evidenced by lack of knowledge as to alternative courses of action open to the family.

Goal:

Family will decide on appropriate action to maintain family size based on sense of responsibility and life.

Nursing interventions: Rationale:

- analyze with the couple critical issues related with the marital relationship on the parents responsibility for a life as basis for maintaining a family size - to know the family status and response

- Discuss with the couple alternative courses of action- can enumerate the various ways of maintaining the size of family

-Analyse with the couple advantages and disadvantages of each alternative methods - To encourage better decision on the best option to give in the family situated possibilities

-Explore with the family especially with the couple ways of increasing the growth promoting activities to enhance the marital relationship for a family Life education - To maintain good relationship in family basis of life education

-Provide information on the consultation hours of nurse- the nurse after delivery for guidance on alternative methods to choose.
