Patient goals
- Strictly maintain fluid intake and output chart hourly
- Monitor skin turgor for dehydration
- Check body weight everyday for fluid volume status
- Monitor vital signs carefully and note respiratory rate and
depth to identify chances of pulmonary edema.
- Monitor for signs of pulmonary overload
