1) Decline in deaths and hospitalizations due to vaccine preventable diseases due to advancement and wide spread availability of vaccines.( tetanus,polio, meningococal vaccines, diphtheria, etc)

2) Prevention and control of infectious diseases with improvement in state and local public health structure along with proper targets to reduce infection.e.g proper testing of HIV and other blood related infections.

3)Tobacco control especially among school age children and youth with the help of strict local and national laws.
