Answer #1

Answer: False

Reason: Parathyroid hormone increases the amount of Calcium in the blood when the Calcium level in the blood is decreased by acting on the bone. It releases calcium from the calcium reserve in thr bone. This causes bone destruction and decreases formation of new bone and also decreases the amount of calcium in the bone.

Thus the answer is false as the parathyroid hormone decreases the amount of calcium in the bone and increases the amount of calcium in the blood.
