Nurse navigators are mostly guide and give education to the patient and the family member regarding the care and services needed to provide to the patient. They mostly guide the cancer patient and also need to discussed the end of life care of the patient. The main three reasons for the discussion are-

1. MENTAL PREPARTION-Some of the cancer patient will undergo advance progressive of the disease condition, to alert them that with progress the disease condition, the end of life care will be mendatory.

2. ACCEPT THE FUTURE OUTCOME-To ensure that patient and the family member accept the situation to be come in future in prior.

3. IMPROVE THE KNOWLEDGE- To ensure that at the end of life care, the patient will get all holistic care that is physical comfort, mental, emotional, spiritual needs of the patient.
