Describe your responsibility as a healthcare manager as it applies to fraud and abuse. What if you were a unit manager? A department manager? A member of the executive team?

Speaking from my personal viewpoint, if I was an unit manager then I would make sure that all the members of the unit are reluctant from giving any abuses among each other's and they are punctual in their duties. They do all their work as a team. They don't indulge in any fraud case. If I was a department manager, then I would make sure that all the units under me are working with full potential and maintaining the duties assigned to them. I would have kept regular contacts with them and cross check them regarding their works. As a member of the executive team, I would have listen to my manager and sure to be punctual in my duties. I would not indulge in any wrong activities.
