Answer #1

Answer client presenting lodges and difficult delivery

Involution of uterus begins immediately after delivery in normal delivery client. It depends amount of uterine contraction and removal of lochia or discharge and endometrial regeneration

In primipara involution takes place normally and uterus return to normal stage by 42 days unless there is no complications.uterine muscles of the multi para and multi gravida are more relaxed.

If any particles like placenta is retained in the uterus will prevent uterine contraction and cause hemorrhage.

If client have difficult delivery like multiple pregnancy, prolonged labour, precipitating labour, client with GDM, assisted delivery will affect uterine muscles integrity and cause impairment in muscle contraction and cause PPH. Which leads to delayed involution.
