There are many obvious behaviors that can be seen in people who say they are powerful like

  • They try to dominate everyone.
  • They think they know everything and try to solve everything regardless they know that thing or not.
  • They always think themselves as a leader.
  • They always like to show off how powerful they are.
  • They are self obsessed and egoistic.

From these the quality of being a leader I think we can consider socially desirable.

The quality of show off and self obsession might go in the wrong way and lead to waste of resources are the qualities that are undesirable.
