Live hyperattenuated measles virus (scwartz strain ) - 1000 TCID .

LIVE attenuated mumps virus ( urban AM strain - 5000 TCID)

LIVE. Attenuated rubella virus ( wistar RA 27/3M strain ) - 1000 TCID .

B ) advantages are:

1) A single dose of this type often has high efficiency In producing long lived immunity.

2) Oral preparation are less expensive than giving injection .

3) Infection microb can stimulate generation of memory cellular as well as humoral immune response . Since then can multiply in the host , fewer quantities must be injected to induce protection .

C) not it would not be affective at early age of baby .this is because some of the mother's virus fighting antibodies may still be. In a baby's body - providing some limited immunity but making vaccine less effective until about 1 year old , but still if there is highl risk of exposure to measles then it can provide protection to the baby .
