1.the abdomen's is the examination of the abdomen,which consist of inspection,auscultation,percussion,and palpation.

1.Inspection: in this case the doctors are noted pulsation at the orta(noted in thin patients,the aortic pulsation can be noted above the umbilicus.

2.Ausculation: it is the vascular sound and check the aorta,renal arteries,liac arteries,femoral arteries and check for herina have patient raise up bit and look for herina(at stomach area).

3.Palpation: there are two types of palpation light palpation should feel soft with no pain. deep palpation should feel any masses.

2. semiologic and clinic characteristics of cervical fracture:

The frauture should be include posterior neck pain on palpation of spinous processes.limited range of motion associated with pain.weakness,numbers,or paresthesias along affected nerve roots.and the clinical signs of occipital condyle fractures are highly non specific,which makes diagnosis difficult.

and there are three types of fractures ,type1(fracture of the upper part of the odontoid dens). type2(fracture at the base of the odontoid dens).type3(fracture affecting the body of the axis.
