PRECEDE stands for Predisposing Reinforcing and Enabeling Constructs in Educational Diagnosis and Evaluation. This model is mostly used for assessing various health needs for implementing, designing and evaluating Health promotions and public health programs to meet certain needs. Procede - proceed model is very comprehensive in structure. PROCEED This structure is meant for implementing and evaluating the public health program.while : PROCEDE gives the structure for planning a targeted and focused public health program.
