It refers to when medical and administrative staffs represents a large deal of experience and background information.

This helps the healthcare to learn and understand different races and ethnicity anf how to manage them due to a whole lot of exposure.

Positive impacts.:

• Inclusion of diverse people are important as it creates a strong feeling and a more safer atmosphere and so patients feel like coming in.
• There will be a lot of exposure and so better care can be provided.
• Healthcare workers will feel happier and safer.

Negative impacts :

• There can be a communication break down
• Bias in patient care.
• There can be light effect of discrimination
• Preoccupied perceptions of certain race of people.
