Contact members of congress are technically functional members, professional lobbyists as lawyers. they do research and make information to congressional staff, agency officials, arranging pamphlets for congressional hearings, and make advertising campaigns. The major goal of lobbying is policy influence that creates productive legislation, so the lobby is important for productive government. government action is for everyone, not for individual people. this rules lobbying against bribery. lobbying legislative action affects all citizens. smoking can be prohibited in any area of a federal building, except the designated smoking areas. The administrator of general service, broad authority and other management take charge to enforce the prohibition applies to federal buildings. the directors of the administrative office of US courts can take action with the administor of general services. this letter for a ban on smoking in federal building act, to prohibit the smoking in federal buildings, this should be enacted by the senate and house of representatives of the USA in congress assembly.
