Examples of effective teamwork/collaboration in hospitals are-

When somebody is taken to the emergency ward, the effective communication between the health care team helps a lot.

When a nurse is following the doctor instructions clearly, the patient's outcomes are better. This is also an example of effective teamwork.

When the health care team do just the opposite things as mentioned above, the results also changes and this will represent poor teamwork.

We can improve time management skills in nursing by-

1 - Set a time limit for every task.

2 - Make a list of important things.

3 - Take a break to relax your time.

We can improve organizational skills in nursing by-

1 - Practice is the key so you have to practise a lot.

2 - Find a good mentor that can help you in learning a lot of things.
