Answers:- Some recommendation that we believe that one pharmacy need to implement to avoid the customer complaints are following:-

1).Use of modern statistical process control SPC solution.

2). Don't let your suppliers dictate your quality of medicine, Set a strandard that both you and your suppliers agree on and hold them to it ,often manufacturing quality teams have implementated medicine specifications for thier suppliers ,but they don't audit them ,it's better to find a supplier who is willing to work together than lose a valuable patient.

3).Apply team concept , :- All pharmacy staff participate in quality of products

4). platforms technology are considered as a valuable tool to improve efficiency and quality in drug products development.
