Why are so many family-related concerns-such as divorce and child care- viewed primarily as personal problems rather than social concerns requiring macro-level solutions?

Many family related concerns such as Divorce & Child care are viewed primarily as personal problem rather than Social concern..The following idea of thinking or factors are responsible for this type of idea--

The concerns like Divorse & child care is a family oriented problem..These types of problems arise by the neglegence or miscommunication between the family members..

These problems are occured due to the maladjustment & decrease level of interpersonal relationship..

After occourence of these types of problem in the family,,, the normal bondage, piece & loveable relationship will hampared in the family..

And the life of the individuals will destroyed who are involved in these type of problem

Many medical problem will arise in those individual..

So,,with the base of the above reason these problems are concerns as the Personal problem..

But with the development of time,, these problems create a harmful impact with other family Members.. So,,by the development of time it becomes a family problem..
And then in this way the problems like divorce & child care may become a social problem..
