How might you respond if a team member arrives late?
I might respond in the following ways ---
1. Ask the member the reason for coming late.
2.By being proactive and not micromanage.
3. Making him/her realize the consequences of their actions.
4. Analyzing the factors of him/her arriving late, and further motivate them.
5. By putting them in your shoe, and asking them how would they feel and do if the scenario will be reversed.
6. Maintaining a healthy discussion and clearly outlining the consequence, like set a particular goal to be reached till the end of the office timing, and if not reached then making the person do overtime in order to compensate.
7. By rewarding the improvements.
