Two most common ethical issues while working with minors:-

* Managing conflicts for the mistakes made by their minors.

The doctor should manage the conflicts in case of violence in workplace. Doctor should difence on behalf of nurse even mistake has been taken place due to nurse because she may not difence herself and cannot communicate clearly to solve the conflict.

* Protection from hazards.

The nurse may not know all the hazards in workplace. So the nurseay not work properly because of unknown place. The doctor should manage and teach her some issues and solutions, etc. He should say clearly about hazards.

These are the 2 examples of major ethical issues while working with minors not only in healthcare but in all workplaces.
