One time before my swim I worked a long and busy ten-hour day in my office. I felt a bit tired during my swim. I still did my 45 minutes, but it was tougher then usual. When I came out of the water and started to dry off, I suddenly felt dizzy very, weak, and had to sit down. Mind you I am a doctor and all I could think was, I good a run. I hope I am remembered fondly. Yes, dramatic flair.  I did get enough strength and managed to get home where I drank a bottle of water immediately.

2.During the cardiac cycle blood pressure is measurable at the systolic contraction and diastolic relaxation.The diastolic blood pressure ranges from 60-90 mmof hg and systolic blood pressure ranges from 80-120 mm of hg.

3.Hypertension is diagnosed when systolic blood pressure is above 130mmof hg and diastolic blood pressure is above 80mmof hg.

4.Systemic pulse is felt during the fourth phase that is ejection phase of cardiac cycle.

5.An abnormal ECG finding is elevated ST segment .This is seen in myocardial infarction.
