Defend or oppose voluntary active euthanasia.

Homework Answers

Answer #1

Euthanasia refers to the ending of suffering of the patient by ending the life which may be voluntary or involuntary. Voluntary euthanasia refers to the ending of the life of the patients with their consent. It is on the basis of right of an individual to choose death if they experience severe pain and sufferings. But in my view it is not necessary as there is a great improvement and development in the hospice services. And moreover as per many religions beliefs, euthanasia is a form of suicide .
