Pathogenic organisms

They are responsible to cause disese conditions in the host or in the individual.They include bacteria, virus, fungus etc. Some of the bacteria like bacilli, strepto cocci, salmonalle typhi etc are responible for causing life threatening disease conditions in humans.The pathogenic organsism have the capacity or ability to cause a toxic substance, which is responsible for causing damage to the host tissue.Some of the pathogenic organsim will colonize in the host body and they will multiply over there.The pathogenic organism will enter the host body through many routs such as soil, GI tract, respiratory tract etc.Virulence is the term used to describe the capacity of the pathogen to cause disease condition.The characteristic features of each pathogenic organism is fifferent than one another. Which may vary in terms of its mode of transmission, its mechanism of replication in human body, its pathogenesis and the response.The most of the pathogenic organism have the capacity to invade into the blood cells like neutrophills,macrophages etc.Many types of pathogens cause disease in human being. The most familiar are viruses and bacteria.Many of the symptoms and signs associated with infectious disease and pathogenic organism  are direct manifestations of the host's immune responses in action.

Non pathogenic organisms

Nonpathogenic organisms are those that do not cause any serious or life threatening disease, harm to the body or death of any another organism.Some of the non pathogenic organisms are commonly seen among the human beings.Normal flora of human being is example for a non pathogenic organism. Some of the examples of non pathogenic organism include nonpathogenic E. coli are E. coli bacteria that do not cause disease, but instead live naturally in the large intestine. they are never causig any disease conditions like pathogenic organisms.
