Family stress occurs when there is disturbance in the family system. disease, war, unemployment, death, divorce, sickness, emotional disturbance, anxiety, lack of sleep are the indicators for family stress.

Clear boundaries for the parents allowing the children to develop with responsibilities for their age. rigid boundaries members in the family isolated from one another with communication, it broke the relationship. diffuse boundaries involve parents and children with the blurred lines, there will be a lack of involvement between the parents and children.
clear boundaries are effective for family functioning because it is age-appropriate development of individual family members that promote the wellbeing of the family unit and enhance the sense of wellness.
Rigid boundaries cause serious mental illness among family members. there will be little respect for the family individual from others. in this people feel lonely, isolated, and disconnected, they will not understand each other, there won't be any love and affection.
