Answer #1
  • complexity theory focus on systems that are changing and non-linear in nature. in order to practice efficiently, an agent in a system (eg: a nurse) has to interact and must have the ability to learn from other agents(eg: interdepartmental collaboration). every step must follow a change in the agent so as to make the system complex and the interconnection becomes frequent. each agent has to work on the system to create an innovative and adaptive system. interprofessional collaboration has to be flexible and varied so as to bring innovaion and change. interaction could have issues among professionals that must be solved in each stage.
  • systems theory has an impact on np as the way they interact with other professionals for the treatement of patients and collaborating with their families.
  • the problem which lags in my state is the problem a np face when he or she is not able to deliberately and purposefully decide on the diagnosis, treatment and protection of the patients due to interference and intervening from othervprofessionals. this problem could be solved by laying down the roles and responsiblities as well as the job description of the nurse practitioners so as to decide on the treatment process of their patients for better outcomes.
