1) It is a watch which keeps record and track of the activities(besides time) a person does throughout the day. In short it is a fitness tracker.

2) As said in the previous answer, it is used to track activities and measure heart rate, sleep monitoring. It is also used to set targets and complete them, to know the progress.

3) It gathers pulse rate, heart rate and sleep rate. Overall its a smart watch.

4) A patient who undergoes sudden alterations in heart rate can know from the watch itself, as there will be altered heart rates. Physically, patient may not get it. In this way, a fatal heart disease can be diagnosed earlier.

5) The watch keeps the record which can be checked later on and on that basis the health condition of the person can be known.
