Ans: The importance of carbohydrates in athlete 's diet because it is the main source of fuel of body engine. Carbohydrates can give more and longer in race without delaying. The body maore generates energy from carbohydrates than fat in our body. These all should be given as advice to the athletes.

Amino acids supplement are very important for the athelets.Athletes needs more protein which is made up of amino acids. When we do more exercise or sports, need more amino acids to function well. Amino acids can be consumed in 30minutes in our body. Most important benefits for taking amino acids are improving of endurance, faster recovery from fatigue, reduced muscle soreness. Anf it is also effective against metabolic syndrome.

We should advice and educate them what are the side effects of using energy pills and what are benefits. First tell them to understand the advantages of suplement of energy bosting and how it affects to our body performance.
