The bland diet is a diet consisting of foods that are generally soft, low in dietary fiber, cooked rather than raw, and not spicy, it is different from the normal diet as the normal diet contains spices, solid consistancy etc

The bland diet is ordered generally to gastrointestinal problem pts as it is not irritating the mucus membranes of GI tract, the facility made the food with thorough knowledge of how to prepare bland diet and checks the consistency and texture of the food that best suits the client,
