As according to some of the research , samples taken from air contamination which rarely shows any covid positive . But environmental contaminations are seen in stethoscope of doctor , gown doctors and nurses wear while providing care , intubation tube of ventilator.  

This conclude. SARS - CoV 2 are detected on environmental surfaces in very less amount like in stethoscope and gown can be mode of spread of infection . Air and surface contamination are rarely seen but environmental surfaces are seen and proper care should be taken to prevent this mode of spread of infection by hostpital and taken care and protection in health care settings .
