1,we cant transfuse O Rh D positive blood gorup to her,becuse the reciepient blood make antibodies against Rh factor,it is fatal to the reciepient,the crosmatching fill showa reaction and does not match

2,we cant transfuce AB RH D negative FFP because the plasma used must be ABO compatible,FFP doesnot need RH compatible,the ffb we transfuce means there may be danngerous adverse effects happen.
