Every where a strategy is formed by the expert members for the improvement of their organization. The people who are formulating are not directly involving in implementation. Implementation is done by the employees there. The employees sometimes never realize the importance of that matter.The people who are in decision making authority make many plans but it is much difficult to make the workers to do that.Every health care organization falls in implementation.Implementation is in hands of the workers and supervisors.workers need to know the steps to reach the goal.In case of disinterest in following new strategy, poor knowledge to learn new strategy make the implementation failure.
