According to the aged care of 1997, the responsibilities of service care providers in relation to the compulsory reporting are

• Service providers must report the assault, such as unreasonable use of force,unlawful sexual contact.
• Also service providers has to report absence of resident without any information.
• There will be two forms one is Report of assault and is Report of Absence.If the service providers will not take the responsibility of reporting the victim can directly fill the forms and submit.
