Interprofessional care is the providing of the health care services to patients by multiple health care workers they work as a team to provide specific care within and across the setting,it helps the better patient outcomes.

Transient ishcemic attack is the minor stroke and warning to that stroke may follows soon,the main risk factors are, high blood pressure,cigarette smoking,unmanaged diabetis, high cholestrol, lack of excercise,overconsumption of alcohole,obesity,high fat diet,and high salt diet as the manage the TIA we should modify or control the risk factors for the prevention of the next attack, in that we should take the services of the cardio vascular surgen,neurologist,diabetologist,dietition and the deaddiction therapies also, they will help to manage and reduce the risk factors and prevent next attack,
