Whythe haemoglobin levels in the pregnant women are very low?

To analyze this question prospective observational study is needed. take sample pregnant women of 500-1000 to perform this study.observe them from first trimester to third one. collect the blood samples at evry check up. suggest them the dietary modifiations and prescribe medications according their haemoglobin levels. analyze each and every case and ask them the reasons behind their low haemoglobin levels. try to contact them between the check ups. at the end of study compare all the data and find a solution that in which group of women the haemoglobin levels are low. and get p-value at the end of study.
